RADIO HANUKKAH

Radio Hanukkah launched for the first time on XM Radio in 2006.  12 Years Ago.  For 2006 and 2007 prior to the merger with Sirius, Radio Hanukkah was something special.  It was more than music.  It was a celebration of culture and heritage. In 2008, after the merger was complete, the channel was reduced to mainly music.  In 2009, it became a music channel only, where it remained.  The original staff of this channel want you to know how much heart and soul we put into it. Over 900 emails came in to us after the first year of broadcasting.  These were the most heartfelt, passionate emails ever.  We wish a channel of this type was still available on satellite radio.  But after the merger, the XM forces who assembled this and out their heart and soul into everything are long gone.  And a repetitive list of Hanukkah Music remains.  If you were one of the original listeners and felt the way we did about this channel, this site is dedicated to you.
